1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Nextera Softlabs ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The service

Nextera Softlabs provides WhatsApp CRM software — a shared inbox, lead tracking, follow-up automation and reporting — built on top of the WhatsApp Business Platform.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate business and billing details when signing up, and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login details secure.

4. Subscription, pricing & payment

The annual plan is offered at a limited-time launch rate of ₹2,000/year; after the launch window ends, the rate is ₹15,000/year. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay; Nextera Softlabs does not store your card or bank details. Subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited, misleading, or unlawful messages, or in any way that violates WhatsApp's or Meta's own policies.

6. WhatsApp platform compliance

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent (opt-in) from your customers before messaging them, and for complying with WhatsApp Business Platform policies. Nextera Softlabs is not responsible for changes Meta/WhatsApp makes to their platform, pricing, or policies, or for account actions WhatsApp takes against your number.

7. Intellectual property

Nextera Softlabs and its logo, design and software are the property of Nextera Softlabs. Your business data remains yours.

8. Data & privacy

Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination & cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or WhatsApp's policies.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Nextera Softlabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
